I. General Provisions 

This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of Users necessary for providing electronic services through the anywwway.com website (hereinafter: the Service) is collected, processed and stored. The Service collects only personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered therein. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

preparation of quotes and cooperation proposals

promotion of the Controller's offer

analytical and statistical activities (Google Analytics)

establishment and pursuit of claims or defense against them

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use the Service's functionality.

IV. Types of Personal Data Processed 

The Controller may process the following personal data of the User:

first and last name

email address

phone number

company name

Tax ID (in case of business activity)

project information contained in the project brief

technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, operating system)

V. Legal Basis for Processing 

Personal data is processed based on:

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract performance or actions taken at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract

Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR - fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the controller

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the controller (marketing, analytics)

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent of the data subject (newsletter, marketing)

VI. Personal Data Processing Period 

Users' personal data will be processed for the period:

when the basis for data processing is contract performance – until claims expire after its execution

when the basis for data processing is consent – until its withdrawal, and after consent withdrawal until claims expire

when the basis is legitimate interest – until effective objection is raised or the processing basis ceases

For claims, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims regarding business activity – 3 years.

VII. Sharing Personal Data 

Users' personal data may be transferred to:

entities cooperating with the Controller in project implementation

companies providing hosting and technical services

companies handling electronic payments

law firms and accounting companies

public authorities in cases provided by law

Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in connection with using Google Analytics services.

Service Users have the right to:

access to the content of their personal data

rectification of personal data

erasure of personal data

restriction of personal data processing

data portability

object to personal data processing

withdraw consent at any time (does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal)

Requests to exercise rights should be sent to: hello@anywway.com The Controller fulfills or refuses to fulfill requests immediately – within a maximum of one month from receipt. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

XI. Final Provisions 

The Controller has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that Users' rights will not be limited. Information about introduced changes will appear as a notice available on the Service. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, GDPR provisions and Polish law apply.
